Program/ Software - A set of instructions or codes compiled and run on computer is called program. There are two types of memory RAM and ROM. 

Hardware - Computer hardware is the collection of physical parts of a computer system. It includes the computer case, monitor, keyboard, and mouse. It also includes parts inside the computer case like hard disk drive, motherboard, video card etc. Computer hardware is what you can physically touch.
