There are many applications used for recording screenshots of
images running on Computer. The screenshots are very useful and important for
us in future. We must find a simple and straightforward application such as
Microsoft PowerPoint to record screen pictures. Read PowerPoint Application

Procedure
to Create a Screen Recording in PowerPoint
Right Click on Desktop Screen and click on “Microsoft PowerPoint”.
As a result, Office PowerPoint application will be open. There are many tabs
present at the top of PowerPoint application. Navigate to Insert Tab and Click
on it. After Opening, switch to Media panel present at extreme right of the
application. Click on “Screen recording” option present in the Media Panel. The
picture will be seen like image given below.
The picture will look like standing one. It consists of five
options – Record, Timer, Select Area, Audio and Record Pointer. First of all,
we need to select the Area or entire screen will be selected. The minimum limit
available for screen recording is 64*64. This can be adjusted by Pressing
Window logo key + Shift + F. Selecting the area is very simple. Simply drag the
cross haired cursor to places you want to record. If all set, its time to start
the recording. Click on Record button.
Step1: Open
Microsoft PowerPoint.
Step2: Navigate
to Insert Tab at the top of the Window.
Step3: Switch
to Media Panel at the extreme right of the Window.
Step4:
Click on Screen Recording Option on Media Panel.
Step5: Click
on Select Area Option. After Selection of desired screen area.
Step6:
Press on Record button.
Step7: To
take Screenshots. Navigate to Screenshot option present on Insert Tab.
Procedure
to Control a Screen Recording in PowerPoint
When desired recording is done click on Pause Button. To
continue you can again click on Record button. When countdown finishes onscreen
activity will be recorded automatically.
Now its time to save the recording in
a separate file on your Computer. Right click on saved recording or screenshots
and click on “Save Media as...” option over there.
You can make changes
to the clip by right click on the Video frame and click on Trim option.
Step1:
Press Pause/ Stop Button when recording is complete.
Step2: Right
click on saved recording or frame.
Step3:
Click on Save Media As option present below.
