They are appeared according to date modified. Latest one appears first followed
by others. Click the best match appeared in the list. If you click on the Cortana
icon on the task bar, you get to see the list of most recent activities under Pick
up where you left off.
You will get the saved file by clicking on Documents
under the Search for section.

relevant date range. This can be performed by opening the File explorer and
click on the file search field at the upper section of the Windows. Click on
the Date modified and then choose the time period you want to search
for. You can choose something like Yesterday or Last week or Today.
Go to Search menu tab, Click on Advanced options
and enable File contents. When you type any text in the search bar then list
of contents or files are automatically located.
