Open the Run prompt Window and type and enter following “%userprofile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\XboxLive”.
Navigate to the file “AuthStateCache.dat” and delete it.

Ensure Time Settings to Automatic mode –
The Xbox application will run when time is correct without any delay. Make
sure that the time is 100% correct. Make sure that the time is set to automatic
mode so that no any delay is found. Sometimes few applications object the time

then you do not remove it unless you convert it into a local account. If you

Go to Search bar and type Settings, click on gear icon. Switch to Accounts
Option from the desktop. Search for the Microsoft Account you are using for
signing in Xbox Application and remove it.
